Kodak EasyShare P850 Camera runs on a light lithium-ion battery. If without a battery, the camera weighs a mere 14.2 ounces. It is light and stable enough to be held with one hand, although two hands are recommended. This model is very compact if compared to other ultra-zoom models, but make sure that you carry it in a bag for safety.
Handling
The shape of the Kodak P850’s is designed especially for easy and comfortable handling. The base of the camera is wide and balanced so users can successfully support the camera from beneath. The hand grip has a nice curve on its front with a chrome lip and avoids the slipping of the fingers back around the camera. The lip is surrounded by a rubber material which makes gripping easy and worry-free. The eyecup is positioned very comfortable in order to avoid major collisions between the user’s nose and the LCD screen. The Kodak EasyShare P850 also has a few slopes in its plastic housing that are aimed at making handling more comfortable.
