We use Australian Postage Services as our shipping method.

• Regular post & Registered post within Australia (5 to 7 business days) for delivery
• Express post within Australia (Next business day) for delivery
• Airmail (7 to 10 business days) for delivery  
• We understand how important packaging is for each item(s). We are committed and take a great deal of care when packaging your item(s) to insure you receive your item(s) in good order.

 We advise our customer's of Australian Postage Services time frame of delivery above, to insure that our customer's are informed of delivery time via Australian Postage Services. Please note: time frames for delivery can be modified without notice by Australian Postage Services.

We post within 3 business days from cleared payment date.

Tracking your order: We advise customer's to Register their post for a safe & secure delivery, customers are not covered through regular post if item becomes lost or stolen during transit.

 Please be advised , there is no way of tracking item(s) through Regular post, Airmail & Sea Mail. 

• We do advise our customers to Register their post, in-case customer's item(s) becomes lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

• The only forms of tracking item(s) during transit are Express Post, International Express & Registered Post, as we receive a tracking number with these forms of postage, and can inquire on your behalf to were your item(s) are. 

• Australian Postage Services will be able to track your item(s) through transit then inform us in regards to your item(s) delivery.

• We are not responsible for your item(s) once lodged at Australian Post as Australian Post have full control of customer's item(s).

• We do not refund/exchange item(s) that become lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

• We are committed to tracking customer's item(s) if we have received  a tracking number to help our customer's find their item(s).

• Australian Postage Services need a tracking number to assist us & our customer in finding their item(s), if they become lost or stolen during transit
