Any defective product can be exchanged to us within 7days. If exchange is not available, the customer will be given the choice of having the item & apprpoiate postage costs refunded. Only regular Australian postage will be refunded. We exchange any goods with any other goods of equal value, minus p/h costs. The product has not been used, worn and intact. The product is not damaged in transit. We do not exchange/refund on custom made, wrong size/colour choice & second hand goods. |
