About Me

All of my items come from a smoke-free home. I am an honest seller & will call-out in the auction if there is anything wrong with the item. I will leave positive feedback for you if (1) the payment is made on time and (2) after you’ve notified me you’re satisfied with your purchase by leaving positive feedback for me first. Please contact me with any concerns before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I check my e-mail multiple times a day and you’ll NEVER have to wait days to get a response from me.

Terms of Sale

I will ship to anywhere in the world if you’re willing to pay the cost; however, I will only ship to whatever address is on the invoice (i.e.: registered in ebay). Please don’t bother bidding if you don’t intend to pay! This also means if you do not pay within the specified timeframe of 7 business days after the invoice is issued (more on this down below – please read it, understand it and commit yourself to it). Please read the description and fully understand what you are committing to buy before you bid. Once you win the item you are expected to pay for it in a timely fashion. All of my auctions are listed “AS IS”. I very rarely ever make a mistake in the listing but if I do I will issue a money back refund Contact me immediately if there is a discrepancy so we can discuss resolution.

I DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

I do accept Paypal, Money Orders (in USA dollars only) and/or Cashier Checks (in USA dollars only). These  are the only forms of payment I accept.

Payment

Payment is required via Paypal or USA dollar money order or official bank cashier check within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of when I issue the invoice (and I’ll issue the invoice within 24 hours of the auction ending). If you're n ot paying via Paypal, this gives you 2 business days to get your money order and mail it and 5 days for the Post Office to get it here – that should cover as far away as east Coast folks. If you live outside the continental USA, send me an e/m before you bid please and wait for my response. Please ask before you bid if you have ANY questions on this. After the 8^th day if I haven’t received payment, I will leave negative feedback and report the item as unpaid. The item will then be re-listed. I am an easy person to get along with (and we’re all Corvette lovers, right?). Please do not think I am a hard case because of my 7-day policy.

I may impose a 7 to 10 day waiting period on shipments for payments made with Money orders or Cashiers Checks. You know how the banks are nowadays - they put a hold on everything...greedy little  #$%@!...

Shipping

 Handling time will probably be 3-4 business days or less. I will use UPS or USPS for USA domestic/continental services and USPS for international/USA non-continental. I will combine. I reserve the right to not honor combined shipping if the items will not fit in the same box…but I have some pretty large boxes I can use.

Respectfully, if you think the shipping charge is too much, kindly consider the price of gas, the price of shipping thru ANY carrier and the price of packing materials.

I will combine shipping...

All others (i.e.: International, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc...), please ask for shipping price quote before you bid (it will cost you more than $12.95).

There is an error in the listing...International shipping is not free; I'll provide a quote if you let me know where you live.

I will let you know when payment arrives and when I ship.

Local (Sacramento area) pick-up is acceptable – we can work out the details, but there will still be a “handling” fee (per ebay guidelines to cover fees, materials, gas, etc…) for each item, but less than your shipping would have been.

I reserve the right to change the carrier.

Insurance

Insurance is required for this auction - you will have to pay for insurance coverage...

If you live outside the continental USA, you'll be required to pay the full cost of insurance (if insurance is available to your country). If insurance is not available to your country, the risk of bidding and winning is your's - I will not reimburse you for items damaged or lost in transit.

Note: some international destinations are not eligible for insurance per UPS/USPS policy. In this scenario, I will not issue a refund or replacement for items lost in transit or damaged in transit. It’s your call. I will pack exceptionally well, but the risk will be yours to assume if you want to bid.
