Due to the amount of fraudulent money orders and personal checks, we are no longer accepting money orders or personal checks. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please do not indicate via eBay that you are sending a money order or personal check, or we will assume that you are not paying for the item.

LOCAL PICK-UP
We have a local store front located in Cedar Rapids, IA. If you are the winning bidder and are electing to do a local pick-up, we will still require that the payment be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. If payment has not been received within 7 days, we reserve the right to re-auction the item. If you are making payment via PayPal and you are a local bidder (within the state of which we operate), please request an invoice via eBay with your intentions to do a local pick-up so that we can remove shipping & handling (local sales tax will apply). If payment has been made via PayPal, we ask that you pick-up your item(s) within 7 days or we reserve the right to apply a $2 per day storage fee (after the 7th day, and up to the 30th day). After 30 days, we will assume that you have elected not to pick up the item(s), and we will refund your payment (less the optional per day storage fee).

RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns on item(s) as long as the item is returned in the original condition of which we sent the item to you. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving shipment. Once we have received the item(s) back and have deemed the item(s) to be in the original condition as we sent the item(s), we will then process your refund. Refunds will be given as money back. We ask that you notify us via email within (7) seven days of receiving defective/damaged item(s). Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, we will file a damage/loss claim on your behalf with FedEx Ground to get a refund on the final value of the item(s) you won (up to $100, unless additional insurance was purchased by the buyer). Please hold onto the item(s) and original packaging in its entirety while the claim is being processed. FedEx may need to inspect the original package and its contents for reimbursement! This is very important if you wish to receive compensation for damaged item(s) from FedEx!
